David B. Rowe, P.E., BCEE

David B. Rowe, Principal of NPN Environmental Engineers, Inc., has over 40 years of operational and supervisory experience with environmental engineering projects. For 10 years, Mr. Rowe acquired extensive industry fieldwork experience. He then put his industry knowledge to use while providing consulting as a project engineer. The practical experience matured him further into Senior Project Engineer for multiple environmental projects. Early 1993, David became principal and lead engineer in numerous business segments for NPN Environmental Engineers, Inc.

Utilizing his extensive working knowledge and experience, David is the supervising professional engineer for all facility decommissioning projects, environmental site assessments, mining, remediation projects, regulatory compliance permits, and tank and container management projects.
